Green Spot Cafe uses all natural ingedients, all the time.  All meats and eggs are from animals that are humanely treated and free of nitrites, antibiotics and growth hormones.  All eggs are from cage-free chickens.  No partially hydrogenated oils or perservatives will be found in any Green Spot Cafe food.
